You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency except through the model payout program.
Models earn a percentage of tokens tipped to them. Payouts are processed according to the selected schedule and subject to minimum thresholds. Live Model Studio reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraud or terms violations.
Users and models are solely responsible for content they post or broadcast. Live Model Studio may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
Live Model Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
